Terms of Use

1. Who provides ReShape
ReShape is provided for this beta by RS Fitness On Demand Ltd (company number 11191767), trading as RS Fitness. Registered office: C/O XNM Accountancy Limited, Creative Suite 1, Mill 3, Pleasley Vale Business Park, Mansfield, United Kingdom, NG19 8RL. Contact: rsfitnessstudios@gmail.com. ReShape is a digital coaching, progress and community service that can combine information you enter with authorised connected-service data to help you track goals, training, habits and progress.
2. Not medical advice
ReShape is not a doctor, medical device, emergency service, dietitian or substitute for qualified healthcare advice. AI output may be incomplete or wrong. Do not use ReShape to diagnose, treat or manage a medical condition or medication. If you are unwell, injured, pregnant, have a health concern, or are unsure whether exercise or nutrition advice is appropriate, seek advice from an appropriate qualified professional. In an emergency, use the appropriate emergency service.
3. Age and your account
ReShape member accounts are currently for adults aged 18 or over only. Your account is personal to you. Keep your login details secure and do not allow another person to use your account. You must provide information honestly and only connect third-party accounts that belong to you or that you are authorised to use.
4. Your choices and responsibility
ReShape can suggest actions, training ideas, goals and support. You remain responsible for deciding whether to follow them and for training safely within your ability. Stop an activity if it causes pain, dizziness, unusual shortness of breath or another concerning symptom.
5. AI, profiling and automated insights
ReShape uses AI and profiling to personalise coaching and, where you enable staff-support profiling, to compare permitted information such as goals, attendance, progress, check-ins and authorised connected-service activity. Profiling means automated processing used to evaluate or predict aspects of your activity or progress. It may generate signals such as reduced attendance, a goal appearing behind schedule, a plateau, a progress opportunity or a possible need for support. These are prompts for human judgement, not factual conclusions about your health, motivation or behaviour. ReShape does not use Member Radar to make solely automated decisions that automatically cancel or suspend membership, change prices, refuse access, make medical decisions or otherwise produce legal or similarly significant effects. A member of staff must review the context and decide whether any contact is appropriate.
6. Staff support
Where you have provided the relevant permission, authorised staff at your organisation may see information such as goals, attendance, progress, check-in summaries and ReShape-generated support signals. Member Radar does not expose your private AI chat transcript to staff. Staff may contact you to offer help or discuss a relevant service, but staff should use judgement rather than treating an automated signal as proof of a problem.
7. Community
Community is optional. If enabled, your display name and content you deliberately publish or share may be visible to other members of your organisation. Do not post another person's private information, abusive content, unlawful material, spam or content that creates a safety risk. Private coach conversations, private progress data and health notes are not automatically published to Community.
8. Connected services
You may be able to connect services such as TeamUp, Strava or body-composition systems. Availability depends on your organisation and the third-party provider. ReShape is not responsible for third-party outages, inaccurate source data or changes made by a third party. You can disconnect supported services in Settings.
9. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access, scrape or disrupt the service, upload malicious code, impersonate another person, misuse another member's information, or use ReShape for unlawful activity.
10. Availability and changes
ReShape is under active development. Features may change, be unavailable or be withdrawn. Beta functionality may contain errors. Where a material legal or privacy change requires fresh agreement, ReShape may ask you to review and accept an updated version.
11. Deleting ReShape
Settings can provide controls to delete ReShape data or the ReShape profile. Deleting ReShape does not automatically cancel a gym membership, TeamUp membership, direct debit, payment obligation or other separate agreement with your organisation. Some information may need to be retained where the law permits or requires it.
12. Suspension
Your organisation may suspend or end ReShape access where reasonably necessary for security, misuse, safeguarding, legal compliance or when you are no longer entitled to use the service.
13. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, ReShape is provided as a support tool and does not guarantee a particular fitness, health, weight, performance or commercial outcome. You should not rely on ReShape as the sole basis for a high-risk health or safety decision.
14. Privacy
How personal information is handled is explained in the ReShape Privacy Notice. Privacy permissions are presented separately from these Terms where appropriate.
